Resolution Codes

Hello All,

I work for an IT organization where currently we track Resolution Code on our incidents. Unfortunately, we track codes like "Task Completed", "Finished", which are not very reportable. Does anyone out there know of a standard list of IT Resolution codes? Or have any thoughts on how we can come up with a better list of Resolution codes for our incidents?

ITIL Managers Certification

With my foundations and S&R Practitoniers certification completed and working in an environment creating SLA, service catelog, etc I am ready to move to the ITIL Managers certification. I understand the study requirements but would like some feedback on those who have taken the class. My question is, I see that there are 'bootcamps' where you work for 12 hours a day for 8 days and then take the test. Has anyone participated in that format? If you have your Managers cert; what was your experience and would you recommend the path you took.

Question about changing line after each paragraph

I found it might be a problem when I edited my posting.

I pressed Enter to change the line after each paragraph. At that time, I can find there is a space between two paragraphs. I reviewed it and also found it’s no problem. However, after I submitted my work, I found the space missed. I tried twice and found the same problem. It’s not a big deal, but not very convenient to edit the posting. Thanks!
