Looking for a ServiceCenter Consultant to Implement HP Service Manager
Hello,
WiseChoice IT is actively searching for a Senior Technical HP ServiceCenter/Manager consultant. This position is with our largest customer and the project is expected to be at least 12 months in duration.

Our client's Infrastructure Automation team is implementing HP Service Manager 7.0. As such, they're looking for someone that's got extensive experience in ServiceCenter, to make for an easier transition to Service Manager.

Responsibilities:
Promote open dialogue with business partners, teammates, and management through intellectual maturity, honesty, and constructive questioning.
Prioritize issues to keep focused
Cultivate and maintain a network of key relationships within the organization
Listen effectively and facilitate an open exchange of ideas
Gain cooperation from others to obtain information and accomplish goals
Respect, adhere to, and promote decisions made by management

Technical Skills Required:
Highly technical: not looking for an interface with our business analysts or a coordinator
Reliable: will be dedicated to our client for the duration of the work agreement; not pulled away to other companies
Experience with working on HPUX system configurations
Experience with performance tuning involving Apache, Tomcat, and ServiceCenter
Knowledge of data migration best practices
Experience with testing on Service Center
Experience implementing ServiceCenter forms design
Experience with data migration and synchronization
Security knowledge and experience, focused on security integration
Experience with moving data in HP ServiceCenter
Experience with Connect-It
Experience with Web Services
Experience in working with Oracle in conjunction with ServiceCenter
A "driver" with initiative: Someone who is aggressive, internal to the technical team, but will speak as "one voice" when in the presence of others
Ability to identify design gaps and write white papers to clearly articulate those gaps
Ability to assess both business information and moderate levels of technical information and apply appropriately to meet Business partner needs.
