&lt;p&gt;I wish Infosys had something like this in place. I would&#039;ve saved a lot of time and energy trying to convince some of my client executives about the importance of the processes I was bringing in. They had nominal opposition (more to do with political aspects) to the concept of processes because the early environment which existed there was like the Round 1 - chaotic but solving and they were never measured against the industry standards. &lt;/p&gt;
