For the members of this web site, what are your expectations when you purchase a new computer (i.e. price, RAM, screen size, disk space, pre-installed software, one-size-fits-all vs. customized built, etc.)?

A simple question.  What kind of service do you expect from your cellular carrier? 

This would range from the initial order to in-store customer service to phone/online customer service/tech support to how does the perceived service you receive based on your plan compare to your expectations going in.  The above is just a guideline and by no means a concrete framework.
